The must-visit destination for kokoreç, ŞAMPİYON KOKOREÇ, was founded in 1962 at the Beyoğlu Fish Market. The fame of the flavor that originated in this small shop of ŞAMPİYON KOKOREÇ spread from person to person, first to Istanbul and then to all of Turkey. People from all over Turkey flocked to this single shop in Beyoğlu to taste the flavors of ŞAMPİYON KOKOREÇ. And in the end, they all asked the same question. "Why don't you come to our areas?"
ŞAMPİYON KOKOREÇ didn't ignore this call and decided to grow. But simply saying "we will grow" wasn't enough. Taking the same flavor from Beyoğlu to everywhere wasn't easy.
Masters were trained. Production facilities and cold storage warehouses were built. Logistics infrastructure compatible with the cold chain was established. Hygiene and quality standards were redefined. Technological infrastructure was created to monitor and oversee all processes. After all these preparations were completed, we began opening our branches one by one.
Today, our network of flavors, which has reached 39 branches, continues to expand rapidly. On December 6, 2016, Süleyman Tokgöz took over the brand and continues on the journey with a new generation perspective and principles.
For our fans who cannot visit our branches or want to cook at home, we have had a place on the shelves of various chain stores with our frozen products since 2017.
